Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or fill out an online request form. Our office accepts emergency calls and appointments are available. Patients of all ages are welcome. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00am- 5:00pm.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We believe that you deserve the highest quality dental care and that it should be affordable. We accept check, cash, and major credit card (Visa, Master card, and American Express). You can pay either your estimated co-payment or the full balance for all treatment on the day services are rendered. Patients that choose to pay in full for each visit will receive a 5% courtesy discount for doing so. Patients who prefer to make monthly payments can apply for Chase or Care Credit financing for health care. They offer 12 month interest free plans or longer term loans to fit the need of the patient. Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours (2 business days) notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer open appointment times to other patients. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment or cancels without sufficient notice.
